Tonight I made a really good and cheap dinner. It was roast beef au jus with some chips and fruit on the side. For dessert however, I made some ice cream sandwiches. mmmmmm!!
2 cookies, with ice cream in the middle, and rolled in some chocolate chips. EASY, and quite delicious! It was really good on this hot night.
