So in my mixer today, I used 6 pounds of meat plus other ingredients to make meatballs! The local grocery store had a buy one get one free on the packaged meat last week, so I couldn't refuse. So at least half of these meatballs are literally free! As you can see, the meatballs are pretty big, at least 2 inches + wide. But they are great in spaghetti sauce, on a sandwich or just alone with some sauce or not! I made so many, I was able to put them in the freezer for another day. I just pulled out my vacuum sealer that was in storage for literally 2 years, and it still works, much to my surprise. So now they will stay fresh longer! Yeah!
