Advent calendar with clues to somewhere in the house/yard for their treats.
Let the kids pick out gifts to give to their siblings.
Put up a tree just for the kids to decorate however they wish.
Make gingerbread houses.
Make cookies.
Make a letter to Santa.
Make your own Christmas cards.
Make snowflakes and string them up or hang individually.
Take a tour of the Christmas lights in your town.
Put up the tree on a special day that is the same every year.
Have a game night or board game night on Christmas Eve.
Read your favorite Christmas story or listen/sing your favorite holiday music.
Watch a holiday movie together.
Buy a special ornament for each child and date it each year. Then, when the kids move out they each take their own ornaments for their own trees.
